Nestled in the high desert hills with the Gulf of California to the West, our farm in Caborca is in an emerging agricultural region. We built a state of the art Asparagus packing shed on this beautiful 1,100 hectare property, with 400 hectares already in production. With Arizona just to the North, our farm is just a short ride to the major markets in the U.S. The Asparagus from this farm supplies our early Caborca season between December and February.
