Ingredients
- 2 lb Gourmet Trading Company Purple Asparagus cut into 1 ½ inch pieces
- 3/4 cup pine nuts toasted
- 1/4 cup mint leaves fresh
- 1/4 cup basil leaves fresh, chopped
- 1 cup red onion sliced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
