- 1 lb Gourmet Trading Company Green Asparagus
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1 lime cut into slices
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 lb shrimp cooked
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 flour tortillas
- In a bowl add shrimp, chili powder and lime juice.
- In a large skillet heat the olive oil. Add red onion, red bell pepper and asparagus. Cook for 4 minutes.
- Add the ingredients from the bowl to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add mixture to tortillas and garnish with lime slices.
